Today CGS hosted an interactive workshop at a hotel in Khulna, presenting the 'Good Governance Toolkit' developed to assist SME entrepreneurs. In collaboration with CIPE, the event addressed crucial topics such as streamlining trade license processes, enhancing women's access to bank loans, and addressing disparities between online and offline business practices. Participants stressed the need for proper documentation before starting businesses and curbing syndicate dominance. The Good Governance Toolkit aims to deliver actionable solutions, foster transparency, and create a corruption-free, sustainable environment for SMEs in Bangladesh.
